When my almost 90 year old mom decided it was time to sell her house, I told her that we would interview several brokers to represent her. She asked me if we could meet Mike McDonald to be our broker. I was a little skeptical because mom had known Mike for 25 years as her Postman. Mike came over to meet us and in addition to pitching us on his local market knowledge, he was very emphatic and focused on how he would look out for my mom and help out in anyway possible. Well we decided to retain Mike and it was the best decision we could have made. He knows the market intimately - he knows every house in the neighborhood, who lives there, how long they have lived there and more. He did an excellent job marketing the house which sold in a matter of days.
