I called for a delivery at 6:50, and the guy on the phone said it would take an hour to deliver. At 8:20, after an hour and twenty minutes, I called to see where the food was. The manager said the food hadn't left yet, and it would go out in about 20 more minutes. I asked if they could give any sort of compensation or do anything for me for the extremely long wait time. The manager replied, "I could deliver your food and you can pay for it." After asking again if he could do something for the almost two hour wait, he replied, "I can cancel your order. Read moreI am shocked at the way they treated us when we ordered take out. We ordered multiple things and they forgot one of our items. We called back to ask about it and the man on the phone claimed we never ordered it and we're lying.
If they made the mistake of missing it we wouldn't have been bothered, but he rudely yelled at us saying it's not their fault.
When we totaled our order it adds up to the missing item, and they said the prices on the websites aren't all up to date and there is a credit card fee. Since we didn't receive a receipt we had no way of verifying it.
