UPDATE!!! I am writing a SECOND review for this wonderful local establishment located right here in Franklin Square. Fastsigns created our Class of 2024 lawn signs again this year because parents absolutely LOVED what they saw last year. The quality of the work is impeccable! Joe Cellucci always responded to my emails in a timely manner. Even when there was a last minute add-on, he was able to squeeze the job in and get it to us on the agreed due date.

We are also having Fastsigns create our vinyl banners which will be hung at graduation for all our students. I cannot wait to see them in person. I have confidence that the workmanship will be top notch.

Bill and Karen at FastSigns went above and beyond to help me make my son's graduation special. My husband and I are both healthcare workers during the COVID pandemic and waited until last minute to get a lawn sign for my son's virtual graduation. I didn't even have a clear plan of what I wanted on the sign. I just knew I wanted to celebrate my son's accomplishments during this challenging time. I ordered business cards and flyers on Tuesday for a 7:30 am conference on Friday. I made it explicitly clear that I needed to pick up the orders on Thursday. I even replied to person who sent me the invoice that I needed to pick them up on Thursday. On Thursday I called to find out the pick up time and I was told that the items would not be ready until Friday. The owner claims that he told me that the deadline was 3 pm. I do not remember him saying any such thing. Moreover his employee told me no such thing. I had paid for the order and reiterated the pick up time by 3:34 pm on Tuesday.
