I was surprised to find such a good Gelato shop in a small town on Long Island. Good favors authentic Gelato and proper texture and creaminess! Friendly service as well! It is the best Gelato in Long Island. Plus they have a clean bathroom for customers. I need to update to 5 stars. We returned and they had new flavors. They have Fig and cheese which is an Italian cheese and it is my hubby's favorite and none of the shops in Brooklyn and Queens serve Mascarpone cheese Gelato and this is the only one we have found outside of Manhattan. I live in the city and have been all over the world having Gelato. le arte gelato NYC in the city is my other favorite. But this one I go to on the way to the beach. It is the only place Gelato or otherwise that didn't raise their prices due to inflation. That has to hurt them! Service is friendly and the flavors are good not hipster flavors to please the hipsters. I don't think there are any hipsters in the area. They just have real Italian flavors. Vi Ale has the most AMAZING gelato all the flavors are awesome and all the staff are nice the owner puts all of her love to make the gelato and works so hard I go there so much for the amazing gelato!!!!! I definitely recommend this place!!!!!!!! Not only do they have gelato but they also have cookies,coffe,and more!!!
