Ordered my poster on Dec 7th to ensure my package arrived before Christmas because it was a gift for family. After the automatic payment confirmation I didn’t hear anything from the company until I sent them multiple emails asking for tracking or an update which the initial email said would be provided upon shipping. When they responded on Dec 21st they said the item already arrived 10 days prior. This was a problem because the item was sent to an apartment building which has package lockboxes and now the apartment complex thinks the box is stolen. Since it arrived so long ago, they don’t think they will be able to recover the item. We visited the store and was pleased with the large selection of prints and frames as well as different and unique custom frames the store offered. The staff was helpful, warm and friendly.
