This was my second visit, and what a difference! The first time, I left disappointed — no one could answer my questions about Primal pet food. But I decided to give it another try, and I’m so glad I did. This time I met Uvi - he was amazing! He knew everything about the products, helped me order what wasn’t in stock, and explained it all with a smile. A very friendly lady restocking shelves also walked me right to what I needed and gave great suggestions for my kitten. The store is spotless, well-organized, and full of cute things: Halloween outfits, funny pet cards, toys, food, beds, and more. They also offer grooming, vaccinations, self-serve dog wash, and online orders for pickup, curbside, or delivery. If you become a member, you get discounts on every item and earn points with every purchase — plus you can do fun quizzes and tasks on their website to earn extra points. It actually makes shopping fun! Uvi really turned my experience around — this might just be my new favorite pet store. 🐾...

As a former Petco shopper, I recently visited the Pet Supplies Plus in East Meadow after receiving coupons in the mail. I previously shopped at their West Hempstead location and was excited to check out this new store. I was not disappointed! This location has the best aisle layout I’ve seen in a pet store, with products clearly displayed and an easy-to-navigate setup. The store offers grooming services and a convenient self-service dog wash station. The manager, Neil, is fantastic—always approachable and eager to assist. The staff is consistently busy, working diligently, and never idle. With great coupons and exceptional customer service, I’ve decided to switch from Petco to Pet Supplies Plus. I always have a wonderful experience at Pet Supplies Plus! The store is clean, well-stocked, and the associates are consistently friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to their amazing groomer, Melanie. She does incredible work with my Bernadoodle, Cooper, and it’s not easy working with a large breed!
