Five Below — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I've been to this store twice. Have yet to make a successful purchase. Each time, it has not been a welcoming experience. My first time, the doors were open, and apparently, they were closed. A man manager shouted we are not open. No good morning, I'm sorry we are not open yet. Just a stern, we are not open. I had to say good morning, and he caught himself and said it back. I left. Today, I went it during business hours and 3 employees at the door talking. One of them is the same male manager, no greeting, no acknowledgment, no nothing. I said good afternoon to them, and he spoke back embarrassed again. This is a new business to this area. I was very proud to finally have one. But with this behavior, I will never shop in any of these stores again. You should never be too busy to acknowledge a customer. I will spend my money elsewhere. I visited this store for the first time, looking for cute, small gifts to send to my nieces. Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted pleasantly by Kristen who was working the cash register. As I walked around, Liyanni came by to see if I needed help finding anything. The store was neat and well organized. Many cute items to find. When I went to check out, Kristen asked did I find everything I wanted and if I needed help with anything before checking out. Both Kristen and Liyanni were helpful, pleasant and friendly.
