I never had a problem at this location but today was the day. Went to drop off 2 packages to return to Amazon. Russell who was the only working there at the time was really rude and seem as if didn't want to assist. I made a purchase in the store and no receipt was offered. I'm not sure what are the standards required for your employees to provide for your customers. But I don't think you want someone with poor customer service and a bad attitude to represent your company. This man surely needs customer service and professional training.
Update: response to Russell (the owner): no receipt was given to me for the purchase of the shipping bag so please be honest. The only receipt you gave me was the one for the returning packages you received.
If you are the owner of this store and claim that you were treating your customers nicely, please self re-evaluate. The attitude first came when you claim you couldn't scan the code because my phone was on "dark mode". You didn't even seem like you wanted to try and scan it. Why is that no one else have a problem scanning it from your store?
I had to ask whether you offer shipping options from your store. As a worldwide shipping company, wouldn't you think suggesting options from your store to your customers is the right thing to do? Instead of sending them away to get it packaged and them having them to come back? This way you are helping the company make some money and help your customers?
I don't understand how you as an owner can be combative when not receiving 4-5 star reviews. Take those reviews and learn from it. Treat your customers kindly...
Read moreI have been coming to this UPS for years because it is so conveniently located close to my job. When I dont have time to go to the post office I go here and pay the extra fee to have them mail it through USPS. This time I paid the fee so that I can return an item that was supposed to be shipped through USPS and the item never made it to the post office or to the retailer that I purchased from. I personally went into the store to find the status of my order and the manager stated that because I lost my receipt with my tracking number there was nothing he could do. I explained that I remember the date and an estimated time when I was there and he stated that they do not keep receipts or have any information without a tracking number. In my lifetime I have never heard of no records on file for anything. I work and own a business and for both I know if a customer comes in asking for some type of proof of payment as a manager and business owner there is no way I could say I do not have it. I called the retailer they couldnt not do anything for me, I called UPS corporate and USPS to see if UPS ever gave in a package. No one has helped me because they all tell me I need to get the tracking number from UPS(which is impossible)and unfortunately I lost $260 just because I cant find my receipt. So heads up do not lose your receipt you will be treated like nothing. From now on I will take my packages elsewhere. Read moreI had the horrible experience at UPS East Meadow UPS # 5603 location. Associates Carlos have a very discriminatory behavior. Associates tried to pick a fight with me. They both were loud , yelling & screaming at me. I was there with a complaint. They refused to give me their names. They took my receipt and were not giving it back to me and stated I tossed it. Rather than getting me in touch with store manager, they threatened me to leave. There was no word of apology for my shipment being delayed for 4 additional days as it was promised. Very unprofessional, Rude, lack of Customer Service, Etiquettes, Manners & Respect. No wonder they have 4 star ratings and it’s spiraling downward.I am very very disappointed by their behavior.
