horrible place, go to the one in wantagh instead. number 1: my family is muslim so ofc we put no beef in our tacos, when we got home we realized there was beef in BOTH of my sisters tacos. number 2: they forgot our 8 fricking dollar cinnabon delights which we didn't realize until we got home. number 3: they put so much lettuce when i put easy lettuce, and they put 2 pieces of cheese when i put regular cheese. number 4: someone asked for the code for the bathroom multiple times politely and the workers just ignored him (his headphone things were off and they were standing about 1 foot from each other) and no, we didn't check the bag because we were in a rush because not everyone has time to sit and eat in this dump of a taco bell. number 5: the worker was giving me, a 12 year old, the nastiest look ever. like this was our first time going to this taco bell and it was horrible. the one in wantagh always gets our order right, has polite staff, is super clean despite the kids always in it, and is always able to accommodate the halal diet. getting this review from a 11 (almost 12) year old should tell you guys enough about this place. oh and number 6: the whole thing was $50 so they shouldn't have even messed it up so much. it's a shame i have to keep coming back to this review and adding more stuff because of the things i remember. i wish i was able to take photos except i didn't expect to be writing a review, especially such a horrible one as this. number 7: the drink station was a MESS. lids everywhere, no clean place to set my drinks down, whole counter was filled with coke and mtn dew and nasty lids. number 8: my crunchy taco shells were STALE. nasty food. number 9: the potatoes in my tacos were completely burnt, taste like charcoal. number 10: took 1 hour for them to make 5 tacos. with NO MEAT. number 11: printed receipt out WRONG. i swear on my dead sister and allah that i clicked no beef, pico de...

I came here to have the re-released Mexican pizza, which was good (and literally the only reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one). The fact that this portion of my experience went well is literally the only reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one. I also ordered a taco in a separate order, and never received it. I got tired of sitting there and waiting forever for someone to acknowledge people at the counter (there were plenty of people there and clearly frustrated over the fact that they were basically being ignored). Eventually I got tired of waiting and ate my pizza before it got cold and went back in when I was through. Sat there for yet another 30 minutes with only two people in front of me just for the lady to barely acknowledge me and say that she doesn't see any order which is a LIE then walks off. Now I've been on the phone with taco bell support to get my taco re ordered at another store since I honestly don't trust them with preparing my food after they were as dismissive and nasty as they were. There were 3 of us who entered the Taco Bell store atI Hempstead Tnpke, East Meadow, NY. I figured it wasnt busy so ill get my order fast. The other 2 people whom i didnt know stood behind me. We saw about 3 staff just talking among themselves and were all pointing at something behind us. So we looked and we figured they didnt want to take our orders at the counter and wanted us to use the kiosk. The 2 people behind me walked out and left. I ordered through the kiosk. Then another customer came in and they did the same thing-pointed to the kiosk. So he was about to leave but i offered to help him. He said, “these people are lazy, there wasnt even a line on the drive-thru.” I was the only one left there but it took them 20 minutes to complete my 4 order. It took them another 10 minutes to give me my 2 drinks. Then a family of 3 came in and finally they took the order over the counter. Still they couldnt give me my drinks until i yelled.
