I came here for jewelry repair. The place I went prior to coming here looked at the chain with a little magnifying eye. She then stated they do not repair hollow link jewelry because its difficult, so she try to sell me a similar chain which was expensive for me. I then went to Polara. When I walked in I met with an employee. As soon as I shown her the chain and ask if she can repair it, she stated yes, what needs to be done and to come back in a few days.
