Clean store. The print and copy area employees are too busy with their chatter to help customers. No index to look up printer cartridges; you have to do it yourself online. You have to check the pricing; the online price is lower (Staples.com), but you have to find it and show it to the cashier. It is supposed to be listed on the tag already. The price in the store should match their online price. They used to have great employees at this store. I haven't seen any of their old staff in at least 6 months. It is hard to keep good employees but so easy to hire young people who don't care about customer service. The only way to change things at the store level is to write and keep writing so that upper management will finally see or read about what is happening. Not just get lip service from IT or Tech people who want to look good and scrub reviews. They should be learning from their reviews and people who care enough to express their feelings and to make suggestions.
Hope this is not lip service and you read it. I do like Staples, and I hope you can turn it around. You need good people who care about working for you and also people who are willing to interact with customers and who don't just chat with the friends in their world. The customer is your life blood. There is always Amazon, but I would rather see a friendly face sometimes than a computer screen. It would have been cheaper to buy from Amazon, but I used to know people at my local Staples, and it was nice to chat with them. Hope some are...

Dear Staples,
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for hiring really wonderful people to work behind your copy and print center at this location. I am particularly thankful for one gentlemen by the name of Courtney Duquesnay. I asked him his full name in order to submit this review. When I asked him about the corporate office email address, he stated, āitās truly no biggie, you donāt have to do thatā. This made me feel even more grateful. He wanted no thanks or praise for doing a wonderful job, how humble is he.
I walked in needing some work laminated on Friday, January 5, 2024 and he cut everything to perfection and got the work done beautifully as well. I had a few work that needed to be done on Friday night and with a smile and no hesitation, he got it completed neatly and beautifully. I was so humbly grateful to meet an associate with so much kindness and exceptional customer service skills.
I have tried writing to your General manager Dominik and other corporate offices to write of my great experience and I am posting it as a review as well here because a kind employee should never...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE, WILL NOT COMEBACK! This morning's visit to this Staples location on April 3, 2025, was an utterly disappointing and frustrating experience. I waited for an excessive 25 minutes while another customer had documents laminated, during which time the young, black printing agent completely ignored my presence. He failed to acknowledge me, offer any indication of when I might be assisted, or even offer a simple "I'll be right with you." To add insult to injury, he proceeded to assist a new customer who approached him from the side, effectively skipping me in line. After waiting a total of 30 minutes, I expressed my dissatisfaction with being ignored and emphasized that this was not acceptable customer service. I also lodged a complaint with the Hispanic cashier at the front register. In my five years of using this Staples location for both personal and commercial printing, I have never encountered such appalling service. Upper management urgently needs to address the conduct of this printing agent and provide proper customer service training. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to...
