This review is long overdue. My wife and I were looking for traditional Persian rugs for recently purchased house. We were skeptical about how it would fit and trying hard to match it with the furniture we had purchased and were waiting for delivery. We also had a difference of opinion for the choice of colors. We stumbled on this website on google and as it was near our residence, gave a call and were greeted by Daniel Harouni. We agreed to meet on a Friday. He was waiting for us and as amateurs in this department, Daniel educated us on the types of Persian rugs. We eventually liked one and Daniel was kind enough to personally bring it to our house and lay it down. After a day or two we had a change in mind and were not happy with the color, Daniel was exceptionally accommodating and took the rug back. I had promised him that we will be back once our furniture arrives so that we have a better idea of what we wanted. I called Daniel 3 months later ( delay in furniture deliveries due to Covid-19) and he informed me that he is out of town and his brother Sammy will be expecting us the day I would want to go. We selected 3 rugs and similar to Daniel, Sammy was equally accommodating to our request and very patient as well. He had brought those 3 rugs ( 9x13 size) to our house and let us keep them and decide in a day or so. The next 2-3 days we went back and forth and even liked another rug which he delivered just to lay it down and finalize one. Mind me had not paid anything yet. Eventually we finalized an antique Gazwin rug and then both Sammy and Daniel were accommodating to our price. In all I would say both are exceptional business men and respect the requirements of their clients and are very accommodating. Also, the choice of rugs is enormous, by far one of the biggest warehouse I have seen.

We just purchased a Persian Bidjar from rugs.net. It arrived today. It more than exceeded our expectations! We love the rug! The rug is gorgeous and definitely authentic Persian and looks to be unused, full pile, and brand new. We own several Persian rugs and I must say this purchase is one of the best purchases we have made. The value for the price is absolutely beyond what we expected! Danny (at rugs.net) was super helpful , honest, and kind and so was Sarah with whom we chatted on the website. She gave us a lot of good information. Danny shipped the rug quickly in a professional package which we received within 3 days from New York to Texas. Did I mention that the shipping was free? I purchased a medium to small Persian Shasan carpet as depicted, for its saturated blue and crimson and beige colors to go with rugs in living room. It is a beauty. I was told it was both new and semi-antique. Not sure how that works. It is everything they described, and no pad was necessary because of a piece of leather affixed to corners. The chat guy dissuaded me from buying a pad. It works fine with the surrounding rugs, which do have pads. The piece came in less than a week. I could not be happier with my experience, and I would rate Rugs.net right up there with the competition.
