They are thieves! My husband dropped off his phone 3 weeks ago and they lost it .Amir, the owner, kept putting him off telling him it was in pieces and it wasnt ready . If you read through the other reviews you will see this is a common theme. After we went there multiple times and raised a stink, miraculously they found the phone ....however then all of a sudden the price of the repair increased to 138 from 118. We had given them 100 when the phone was originally dropped off . They even tried lying about us not giving the 100. When my husband gave the 100 and asked for a receipt, Amir told him not to worry about it that he was a honest person. That should have been the first red flag . Of course Amir wasn't there when we went today .....and wouldn't be back until Monday. The kid at the store got him on the phone but then when we mentioned the price was incorrect he said he couldn't get him back on the phone. They are liars and thieves . I am sure if we hadn't raised the stink that we did , they would have stolen our information as well. Stay far away...

Horrible experience I left my laptop there Dec 2nd of 2017 to repair a charger port because charger broke inside. I am still going through changes to get it back.

We fixed it, show up and its still not working. Amir is sick, out of town, in the hospital, in Pakistan, We still waiting on the part. We testing the part. Your computer is not good it cheap HP does not make computers good anymore.

At some point 4 months later I said just give it back to me. We have to put it back together I will call you. You call them and they tell you he is not there and they don't know where it is. I showed up and after 30 mins they told me we can't find it I am not the computer person I only fix phones the computer guy is not here. Come back, We will call you. week past NO CALL

I NEVER LEAVE A BAD RATING BUT THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I went to get my laptop fix from them about 2 years ago, my laptop had went black something to to do inside the screen. I only had the laptop for about 1 year and it went black again. I finally got it fixed because I needed my laptop for school, the guy who fixed it told me this company (I-tech) just glued the piece that broke inside the screen that is why my laptop did not last so long. No only that whatever they did, they screwed up the side of my laptop and it completely broke it!! I paid 170$ just for a company to glue the BROKEN PIECES TOGETHER and mess up the side of my laptop. It was a ripoff and...
