LOVE IT HERE !! Thank you for your business and great service it’s awful to see that there’s someone here who had the audacity to leave a 1 star negative review but that’s how it spreads but At least be honest about your past experiences at no rush cafe, you’ve been here more than once and until now you want to comment because you had time today to bash your negative energy into here and leaves negative reviews over a flaw mistakes that could be corrected but you come to a google reviews and share I’m sure they have a screen that you can see your order and what you’re paying for and I’m sure the employees repeat your order back and if you feel that your coffee isn’t correct how about saying something at your first sip when you’re inside the store and not when you left and you had to correct it at home business doesn’t work that that way after you leave the store when you’re there and it’s not right they can correct it for you but you can’t take accountability for that but that’s good ol’ entitlement today just because you had a bad day oh must be the mercury retrograde in the air but today you have time out of all past visits and positive experiences you had you could’ve left a positive feedback but you pick and choose your battles and that’s where you decided to leave a negative review but you can’t leave anything positive from the past experiences you’re a 1 star villain ! BOO !! But leaves a positive review for merrick cafe an hour before leaving a negative review for no rush cafe and leaves reviews for other establishments hmm BIAS! No rush cafe don’t let this 1 star villain bash your business and continue your great service and awesome coffee ! GO FREEPORT !! Support your locals !!

And BTW you mention large corporations as if that’s going to hurt business how about you take that same negative energy there too and they don’t make anything “Fresh” there too sweetie! Good...

This local shop was recommended to me by a neighbor. I was looking forward to trying it out, especially because it is such a convenient stop-off while I'm on my way to work. First, the shop's interior design is nice, I didn't have a chance to sit but from what I saw, the customers could lounge on the couches or even play Jung which is cool. I forget the name of the latte I ordered, but it was pretty decent, a little on the sweeter side, while I prefer more bitterness to my drinks. I feel like there is more emphasis on the idea of what the drink should be, rather than prioritizing the taste, however, that’s an easy fix, it’s all preference. As a former service worker, I feel that it is important to greet your customers when walking in, whether it is a simple hello, or good morning/afternoon. So I did feel awkward just standing, staring around waiting to place my order. The worker who took my order was lovely, but I noticed this weird energy coming from another worker there, she was just staring at me with this off-putting look, which was awkward. But luckily, my order was ready and I could leave and go about my day. Overall, the idea of the vision has potential, but I feel like some of the workers there should try to have a more positive attitude that shows maybe they do enjoy...

So I don’t usually leave reviews but this place is always top tier. My only complaint is I will say that in the morning, there’s always a man who works in the morning who makes my orders and tends to mess it up even though I order ahead and it gets quite frustrating as I am usually rushing to work (even though it’s no rush haha) like today I ordered ahead a Large Hot drink and saw that it was put in a small cup and couldn’t change it as i was already on the highway to work when I noticed or when I ordered the chicken and waffles and was served significantly less syrup than when I’ve ordered with other staff workers and it’s become quite discouraging to order in the morning because my orders being off, delay my morning commute quite often especially since i order ahead. I don’t like to offend so I hope that doesn’t come off wrong way but otherwise he and the rest of the staff are super sweet and welcoming as well as extremely kind and hospitable. i look to coming by day and night as often as i can. It’s wonderful to have a local coffee shop like this in the neighborhood and hope it continues...
