UPDATE 11-6-2020 The day after I posted the previous review(see below), Michael, the Art Director, called me. He apologized for the mishaps and promised to make things right. We discussed the correction to the design and he began the process of correcting the design flaw. He texted pictures of each update to the until we agreed upon the final correction. Michael delivered exceptional customer service. It was important to him that I was satisfied with the final product and I greatly appreciate that. Not only did he remake 17 key chains, he added an extra 3 AND even sent the key chains in which he tested the corrected design! He let me know that the key chains were on the way and that he would update me with the tracking number as soon as he could. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the effort that Michael put forth in making this commemorative key chain for my group special. I would recommend this vendor and certainly if you get to work with Michael! He's the best. Previous Review: I ordered 35 key chains that were engraved with a special logo that was designed to commemorate my group's 25th anniversary. The key chains arrived in a timely manner however, upon inspection of the items, I noticed that the engraving on 17 of them were not clear. The 6 looked more like an 8. I immediately called and spoke to Susan. She asked me to text her a picture of the items. I did but she insisted that the 6 looked like an 8. I asked her if Something Greek could fix them as I would gladly send them back. I have spoken to Susan several times and texted her several times as well. Every time she tells me that she is going to ask the "Art Director" and that she is going to call me back. I am still awaiting her phone call regarding this matter and my organization needs the additional 17 key chains ASAP. I'm sure once this review is posted, I probably won't be getting any assistance but I think that it's only fair to others to just Beware when ordering. If I can get this issue resolved, I definitely will not recommend this company nor will my organization be ordering anything...

I had an absolutely terrible and borderline traumatic experience at this embroidery shop. I am a designer that's works with many local and national brands. I came into the shop today. looking to get a special job done for one of the. many brands I work with. I was greeted by an older African American lady that sat in the back left of. the shop. The employee's behavior was beyond rude and unprofessional. She showed no interest in helping me, answered my questions with a dismissive attitude, and made me feel like I was a burden for even being there. At some point in the interaction she yelled at me because I asked if I can speak with the embroidery operator by making an appointment. She screamed "NO" multiple times at me to the point that the other employee was making faces and felt bad for me. I was truly embarrassed. Another lady towards the front left then stepped in to try to help me, she was nicer and clearly communicated with me to try to understand what I was asking for. The level of disrespect was shocking, and their complete lack of customer service skills made the entire experience frustrating and unpleasant. I will definitely not be returning and would advise others to avoid this place if you're looking for basic courtesy and professionalism. In the end a man came over and recommended a shop down the street for me to go to, and I appreciated him also for listening to me and trying his best to help. This is the only greek letter manufacturer that I will ever order from again. After countless let-downs from other manufacturers with discontinued products, horrible sales reps, and cancelled orders, I refuse to use anything but Something Greek. I had originally ordered the shirts I was looking to purchase from a different maker, but it was impossible to get someone on the phone and the order was cancelled but that was never expressed through any form of communication so I was just waiting for the shirts to arrive still. In contrast, today I had the pleasure of speaking with a sales rep named Francesca. She quite literally saved my life. I was stuck in a very difficult time frame and a very complex set of circumstances with my order due to the issues with the other maker. She went above and beyond and helped make sure I was taken care of. She confirmed that the address was valid and there would be no problems, she confirmed the shirts I was looking to get to make sure I was ordering the correct thing, and she even helped me out with making sure it would get to me on time by giving me great advice on which shipping method would be best for my situation. I am going to graduate soon, but I am passing onto the rest of my sisters that this is the place to go to. They always put their customers first, have an amazing sales rep group, and I will tell anyone and everyone I know to go to them.
