HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I took my two full natural headed daughters for a wash, set,& wrap. I was told my daughter's shld have relaxers, 4/5 times a year w/chemical will not hurt them. Doing their hair in this weather will only frizz up. I replied w/I personally went through multiple stages w/my hair & in its natural stage is the healthiest. I expressed how anytime I take my girls to a salon, relaxer conversations come about. There aren't enough trained professionals in the field to work w/natural hair. I was charged an extra $20 per head, b/c it wasn't relaxed! There was NO BLOWDRYING. When I inquired about pricing the beautician told me she would rather do 10 permed heads instead of my girls. Which goes back to my point, there are not Enough beauticians knowledgeable about natural hair. Very unfortunate, Yoles has been around for a while which is why I thght I would not have to deal w/such nonsense. I was SO WRONG! If your hair is not relaxed don't go to Yoles(Hempstead Turnpike) hell even if it is go somewhere else...
