TEK-GENIE Phone Computer Tablet Repair — Local services in Town of Hempstead

I called TEK-GENIE and was assisted by Rashied on 6/7/24. The screen of my Google Pixel 7 Pro was separating from the phone. I thought that it could simply be cemented back in place but Rashied explained to me that there had to be an underlying issue that needed to be addressed. He walked me through diagnostics and upon closer examination of the phone I discovered that the battery had swollen. Rashied suggested that I contact Google to explore my options. I had purchased my phone from the Google Store so I called their customer service. They were very helpful and after I uploaded pictures of the phone, they emailed me that they would send me a replacement even though my phone was over six months out of warranty.

Rashied spent 22 minutes helping me at no charge. He sent me in the right direction and saved me a lot of money. It is so very rare to encounter businesses that will assist for no charge instead of talking you into an expensive repair. Had issues with my phone. Rashied was super nice and explained everything to me. I'm not very tech savvy but I understood what was going on my cell phone as he explained it.
