I recently visited Macy's Roosevelt Ave Mall store and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I entered, the customer service was top-notch. The staff specially "Manoma" were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me with my inquiries. They were attentive without being pushy, which made my shopping experience enjoyable.

I am extremely disappointed with Macy’s return policy and the poor management at 69 Green Acres Mall, Valley Stream, NY 11581, I recieved at the Men's return/ exchange at 4:00pm. I recently attempted to ONLY EXHCHANGE an EXACT item that was unworn, price tag attached on to and in its original condition, but the process was an absolute nightmare to exchange a SIZE of the EXACT ITEM. The gentlemen and manager at that time on March 21, 2025 at 4:00pm was unhelpful, and the manager was very dismissive and unwilling to provide any real assistance and walked away.

Macy’s used to be known for great customer service, but that is clearly no longer the case. Their restrictive return policy makes shopping here a risk, and their management does not seem to care about customer...

I have always gone to this men’s Macy, however the last 2 times this tall gentlemen( undercover loss prevention) has followed me on both occasions. The first time he made me so nervous that I kept having to make sure my son was right next to me because I wasn’t sure why tf he was following me. Yesterday I went to make a return but decided to look for a gift for my nephew in the Nike section, all of a sudden this guys comes from wherever he was and randomly started going through racks. I realized he was undercover when I saw him messing around with the cashier girls. Anyways he made me not even want to bother shopping if I’m going to be followed. Probably won’t go back to here unless...
