I was serviced by Chidi today 9/10/25. Besides the wait which was understandable being that she had customers before I got there and she was hollding it down by herself, the service received was very pleasant. She pierced my 6 month old baby girls ears. Chidi was very patient when my daughter got a bit fidgety while trying to mark her ears. Of course, my daughter cried but Chidi was done in 1,2,3. She took the proper procedures needed such as wearing gloves, cleaning the areas (ears) before and after the piercing, was very clear on how to clean it daily, and scheduled me for a follow-up just to make sure my daughters ears are doing well. Alongside instructions on how often to clean she also gave me info that I didn't know changed which was NOT to turn the earings. Of course I had to ask why and she gladly explained lol. I had an incredible experience getting my ears pierced thanks to Jala, Chidi, and Noemy (who pierced me) they are absolutely amazing! All three women were highly professional, kind, and truly cared about making sure my piercings came out perfectly. I never felt rushed; they took their time to ensure everything was done with precision and care.

I originally stopped by unsure if I even wanted to get my third holes done because of a bad experience at another place that left them uneven. But the team worked together seamlessly and managed to realign and fix them and now they’re perfect!

This is hands down the only place I’ll go for piercings from now on. I’ll definitely be back for more in the future. Thank you all so much. You all deserve a raise for the amazing...

Ariel is the best!!! So kind and gentle. I’ve been wanting to get my second lobe piercing for awhile, and after reading all the really good reviews decided to go with banter. I really appreciate that Ariel took the time to go over what I wanted and also the location of the piercing. Very tedious and aware of my preferences while also giving feedback of what would look best. I do kind of wish there were more options for piercing jewelry, but I’m really happy with what I got and I also was able to change out my first piercing to get a really cute stack. The pain is maybe a 2 or 3 out of 10. Everything was very sanitary. Also I appreciate that an appointment was made right after for my follow up :) would definitely come back for another piercing...
