The worst Home Depot. The aisles are always blocked with pallets or forklifts, and then when you finally do find your item, the boxes are always all chewed up and it looks like they put damaged returns back on the shelf. There are rarely any employees on the floor to assist you. If you can find an undamaged item and actually buy it, your cart locks as you’re walking out of the store. That happened to me and I was never more humiliated in my entire life. An entire line of people looked at me as my cart locked as I left the store with an item I had purchased. it was the most humiliating experience of my life. I also bought appliances for home delivery, and the delivery people refused to install the dishwasher, the oven was all scratched up and the delivery people damaged my walls, broke the leg off a table and scratched my laminate kitchen floor. I returned everything I purchased and bought it from Lowe’s.

Cal and Arnie were so incredibly helpful in the paint department. They knew exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right color. I will gladly go back to them for future projects. The garden center here is surprisingly well-maintained, especially since it's mid-season. The hydrangeas were so beautiful and half off! It is nice to be able to shop here again. The management has cleaned up all of the clusters of day laborers that would stalk customers in and out of the store to the car. I used to avoid going here because it was so scary. Glad they took action.

As an operations manager with over 25 years of experience, six sigma green belt and basic common sense, this store drives me crazy. Firstly you have some very, and I mean very knowledgable staff, who know their departments inside and out. The gentleman in the plumbing section, one of the young ladies in paint, and a few others are rock stars. Then you have the bad, they are consistently doing replen, in the middle of the store, the staff almost knocks down and runs over the customers, people are often wandering around looking for help in aisles. I have numerous times been directed to wrong locations and turned corners to find associates on their phones hiding from cameras. The layout--- WHEWWWWWW the layout, please don't get me started on the layout of the store. Like items are not grouped, combination items, like receptacles and 6-32 screws in longer lengths are across the store from one another. Then there is the coup de gras, the checkout, drives me nuts. You have self checkout then THEY HAVE ASSOCIATES CHECKING YOU OUT in the SELF CHECKOUT LANES.... with 10-15 sometimes even 20 people in line. Here's a tip that someone with an operations background really shouldn't have to tell the person who runs a multimillion dollar store like this, if you open the regular checkout lanes, and have the associates who check us out in the self checkout lanes do regular checkout, guess what you now have double the registers. GASPS look at that, I just solved your 25 min wait times to check out. Seriously this place needs...

Would give no stars if I could. If you go there bring a translator and a lot of patience. Every employee is dumber and lazier than the next. I take that back being dumb is not a choice but the lazy employees there are useless and many. Half the people that work there do not habla and the other half don't give a s#!+. Horribly mismanaged. I would fire everyone and start over. With all the Home Depot locations within a 10 mile radius you should skip this one. Better yet go to Lowes. If the store manager reads this review your check out girl never even bothered to count the money I handed her. She just put the $140 right in the drawer. I could have handed her one $20 bill with six $1 bills under it. She was dumb as a rock!!! The store was not even busy!!! I did however enjoy the lowlife in the parking lot trying to sell us some loose Ritz crackers......That was a first. One last thing......if you are looking for a day laborer look no further they will come to you when you are loading up your car.

Went back here on 7/19 for wood flooring. Used the only open checkout lanes that are self checkout. Next time to save time I'm going to cut down my own oak trees and get it milled. It will be faster than navigating the unmanned checkout system that does not work and you need assistance for anyway. Just put the cashiers back. Where is the savings. I hate Home Depot and can't wait until they become the next Sears and go out of business. No expletive good enough for the lazy mismanaged people...

Singularly the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. I've had a long term convenience - hate battle with this particular location for over a decade. I know they always grab the "we're too busy" excuse for why this store is so frustrating to shop at, but that's BS. Need some tile cement? Sorry that isle is closed. Need a can of spray paint? Spend 20 min finding someone only to be lied to (we don't carry satin black because there's no call for it??? Gloss is the same!). Need 4 bolts to complete a project? They'll have 3. There is a bad element there, they seem to hate their customer. This is not the case in other HD's I have visited. Because I live near by, I do go there from time to time but usually travel to another location or Lowe's for bigger purchases and the also nearby Ace for small stuff. All are better! The last straw was today. Mulch was on sale, I needed it and didn't want to drive for it. For the first time (with HD) I purchased online to be picked up at the store. I figured I'd avoid some of the frustration...wrong! The email said expect 2hrs for the order (longer for items that needed assembly, but mulch
