From the moment I stepped into South Shore Mitsubishi, I knew I was in for a special experience, but it was the outstanding service provided by Shania and Christina that truly exceeded all of my expectations. Shania A Salesperson Like No Other Shania was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile and took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. She didn’t rush me or try to push me into any decisions instead, she made sure to ask all the right questions and provided me with a wealth of information. When I mentioned that I was considering a 2024 BMW 530, Shania’s professionalism and knowledge truly shone. She had a deep understanding of the vehicle and its features, and she made sure I was aware of everything that would make my driving experience unforgettable. Her attention to detail and passion for what she does were apparent in every interaction, and she made the entire process feel smooth, easy, and incredibly exciting. Even when it came time to discuss pricing and availability, Shania was upfront and transparent, ensuring that I understood everything thoroughly. She worked hard to meet my needs and delivered in every possible way. I felt confident in every decision we made because I knew Shania had my best interests at heart. Christina A Finance Manager Who Goes Above and Beyond Once we got through the selection process, Christina stepped in to handle the financial side of things. I’ve dealt with many finance managers in the past, but Christina took it to a whole new level. She made what is often the most stressful part of buying a car a breeze. Christina was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely compassionate about my financial goals. She patiently walked me through every option and explained all the terms and conditions in a way that was clear and easy to understand. No question was too small for her, and I truly appreciated her responsiveness and willingness to work with me to find the best financing option. Her professionalism and commitment to getting me the best deal possible were beyond impressive. She also made sure I was aware of all the additional services and protections available to me without ever being pushy. Her transparency, expertise, and friendly demeanor made the entire process much less intimidating and more comfortable. Together, Shania and Christina made my entire experience at South Shore Mitsubishi exceptional. Their teamwork, dedication, and client-focused approach were evident throughout every step of the process. It’s not often you come across a team that makes you feel like more than just a customer – they truly make you feel like a valued part of the family. I’m now driving my dream car, the 2024 BMW 530, thanks to the hard work and care that Shania and Christina put into ensuring I walked away happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to guide me through this process, and I will absolutely be recommending both of them to friends, family, and anyone looking for a stress-free, top-notch car buying experience. I am writing this review as a last resort, and I do so with significant hesitation. South Shore Mitsubishi appears to be a vibrant dealership with a positive atmosphere, and it's unfortunate that my experience may reflect poorly on a team that is likely full of great people. However, the unprofessional conduct and subsequent harassment from one of your sales representatives, Ms. Harly Rodriguez, have left me with no other choice. This is truly unacceptable!

My initial interactions with Ms. Rodriguez were defined by a concerning lack of attention. After I clearly stated that I live in Alaska, I was asked several times when I would be "coming in" to the New York dealership. When I raised concerns about this, I got the dismissive tone of, "I do have way more customers Sir...anyway, what are your questions". The sir, in this context, felt condescending rather than respectful. Furthermore, when she said "anyway" to my concern, there was nothing left for her and I to talk about.

Due to this unprofessionalism, I formally requested—both via email and in a direct text message—to be assigned a new salesperson and asked that Ms. Rodriguez cease all contact with me, and this is where poor service turned into harassment. Ms. Rodriguez blatantly and continuously ignored my explicit request and sends messages everyday to further display her lack of attention to what customers communicate to her. All her messages have a nasty tone of, can't you see I'm trying to ask you a question. She disregards my clearly stated boundary in an effort to justify her earlier actions and grossly displays that she is communicating from her ego rather than customer service. This is beyond repairable and very unacceptable. All I want is for the unwanted contact to end so I can continue purchasing a vehicle in peace. I truly did not want it to come to this, but what must I do to stop the unwanted harassment.

To the management at South Shore Mitsubishi I will no longer purchase a vehicle from your dealership regardless of the excellent inventory or the other "seemingly" outstanding sales representatives. You have lost my business and it was completely avoidable. I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a Mercedes-Benz EQE from South Shore Mitsubishi , and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional experience I had from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I drove off the lot in my new vehicle. First and foremost, I want to give a huge shoutout to Shania, my sales advisor. From the very beginning, Shania was knowledgeable, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and helped guide me through the entire process with ease and clarity. Buying a luxury EV like the EQE can come with a lot of questions, but Shania was patient and thorough, answering every single one without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.She had a great grasp of the features and benefits of the EQE, explained the technology in a way that made it easy to understand, and even helped set up all the initial configurations so I could enjoy the car fully from day one. Her passion for the brand and genuine care for her clients really shine through. Shania made what can sometimes be a stressful experience into something enjoyable and exciting. She truly went above and beyond. I also want to acknowledge Khan, the General Manager. His leadership and involvement in the customer experience clearly set the tone for the entire dealership. He was approachable, professional, and made sure I felt valued throughout the process. It's rare to see a GM so hands-on and genuinely interested in ensuring the customer is happy not just with the sale, but with the entire experience. His presence added a layer of trust and assurance that I deeply appreciated. And last but certainly not least, a big thank you to Christina in Finance. Financing a luxury EV is not always straightforward, but Christina made the process incredibly smooth and transparent. As of February 21, 2025, I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding the recent purchase of a vehicle from your dealership, BMW M440i, which I acquired in January. Despite making a payment towards the vehicle as well as providing proof of insurance, I am unable to drive the car due to the improper handling of the necessary paperwork. It has come to my attention that the paperwork required to complete the transaction has not been processed in a timely manner, which is causing a significant inconvenience. I have made efforts to follow up with your team, but as of today, my car’s registration, title, and other required documentation remain unresolved. As a result, I have paid for the car, including an insurance premium, but am unable to use it. This situation is unacceptable, and I kindly request that the following actions be taken immediately: 1. Process all necessary paperwork, including the vehicle registration and title transfer, without further delay. 2. Provide a written confirmation that all steps will be taken to resolve this issue promptly. 3. Consider compensating me for any inconvenience caused during this period, given that I have paid for the car but have been unable to use it. I believe it is very irresponsible and dangerous to be told by your employees to continue to drive my vehicle and to hopefully not get caught by law enforcement. This puts my job as a military personnel who acts under law enforcement duties at risk. Please understand that I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to this issue. If I do not receive satisfactory resolution, I may need to pursue other avenues to address this matter.

Chris is a great salesperson with a professional attitude. I went through with the purchase of my vehicle partially because Chris was a very professional individual. THINGS I DIDN'T APPRECIATE: I like the people who work there, but always demand a PPI to check the underbody of the vehicle. I was told the vehicle was in mint condition, however, this was not true, as there was a rear differential leak and a leak near the main seal (only revealed by demanding a PPI done ONLY at the shop next door). I'd say this would be a great dealership if there was a stronger back-end system and willingness for managers to talk with customers. It was near impossible to get in touch with a manager when I wasn't at the dealership. I personally go by the fact that an RO, PPI, and mechanics checklist is essential before buying a car. If they change their methods to provide this ahead of time and ensure transparency, then I'd say go ahead and buy from this dealership. The ONLY reason I gave this dealership 3 stars was that it seems there's purposefully a lack of systemized leadership to make it a hassle for the customer, but that there are good salespeople here. I.E. I was promised an RO and mechanics checklist but I was only able to get the RO after days of back and forth, with excuses like management not being present, rules not allowing for the RO to be distributed, etc. Lots of promises that were not or barely upheld. THINGS I APPRECIATED: Shoutout to Chris (Salesperson), you're a professional. Do your research before purchasing a used vehicle. Their financing is reasonable. They have a good selection of cars, but looks can always be deceiving.
