I called John the owner back in early May 2021 to get a car audio system installed in my 2017 Audi R8. He told me to bring the car so he can look at it which I did. We discussed the build and I asked him if he was a Morel dealer which he said he was. I then agreed for him to order all the parts to begin the build which he said he would. Then I emailed/Called him every few weeks or so to see the progress of equipment delivery. A few times he said he was still waiting for them. I called/ emailed him a bunch more times after that and he stopped returning my calls/ emails. It’s not a year later and I still haven’t heard from him. I guess he makes too much $$$ and doesn’t want to work on a exotic car anymore. Which he told me in person that he’s done plenty in the past. Yea maybe in the past but it seems he picks and chooses the projects he wants to take on. If he feels like it. Not professional at all and he should’ve given me the courtesy of a reply. About year ago came in & didn’t spend a dollar with this business and John was extremely helpful when I came in with a bunch of random car audio questions because I was considering upgrading my speakers Spent a solid 10mins answering my questions and giving me advice & even recommended the perfect brand (Morel) for what I was looking for. I've been driving around for a few years with a bad sound system. I brought my car over to ultrasound and explained my situation. John worked to troubleshoot my stereo issues and determined some bad wiring, horrible quality rcas and improperly installed front speakers. Needless to say, John rewired my system, used better front speakers and adjusted my amplifier and now my system sounds amazing. I'm happy and only regret waiting so long to find a reputable and experienced professional like John....
