However, they are not under UHC coverage and although they know they aren't they still went along with the appointment which I was charged more for. I was not told by them they were out of network when i walked in and showed my card EVEN THOUGH on ZocDoc they are stated as in network.

After calling about this they stated they knew they were listed as in network for UHC on ZocDoc and couldn't remove it because of a glitch on ZocDoc. So that tells me they knew that they were out of network and saw that I was a patient from ZocDoc and instead of telling me about the glitch so I can decide wether to continue or not, proceeded anyway hoping I wouldn't notice.

Edit In Response to the owners response: Clearly you have not read what I said. I was under the impression is was under network because YOU put yourself on ZocDoc under that coverage. If YOU KNEW you weren't going to cover and KNEW you were still showing as under network on ZocDoc, and KNOW your customers that come from ZocDoc, than all signs point to YOU who should at that point...

Dr Salvatore is superb chiropractor. He listens well to your complaints and explains in full detail, the problem and the course of treatment. He explained my issues even more that my orthopedist did. His bedside manners is impressive and he is very responsive to your questions and conversations. I recently had a reoccurrence of my injury which resulted in severe pain and my upper torso leaning 45 degree when walking or standing. I went to Dr Sal for electrical stimulation, but was afraid to do the manipulation because of the severe pain I was suffering. After a few visits, he finally convinced me into doing the spinal manipulation. OMG! It was instant relief! I stood up and I was straight as an arrow. I hugged him and danced like a crippled healed by a TV televangelist. I have been walking and standing straight ever...

I went to Dr Salvatore after I sustained a neck injury in a bounce house with my daughter. I ended up with occipital neuralgia with severe pain radiating to my ear and scalp, I couldn’t even function. No medication even helped. I’ve never been to a chiropractor before and decided this would be the best time to give it a shot. After the first visit I felt 75% better! I could not believe it. After 4 visits I felt completely back to normal!! Dr Salvatore literally cured my pain, I’m so grateful! I went to him feeling so hopeless and left feeling like my normal self! He’s such a kind, educated, and genuine good doctor! I will recommend him to everyone from now on!! Thanks...
