Told me to come pick my kid up 20m after drop off because she was crying. Every kid cries at drop off, she was 1y old. When I went to pick her up she was in a wet diaper and sitting in a highchair while crying inconsolably with no one tending to her. My heart was BROKEN. While I tried to collect her things because we would not be coming back, she couldn’t find her sweatshirt, water bottle, and wipes???? I noticed my daughter coming home in another child’s diaper a few times. They did not keep track of her things. I heard they got shut down and had to voice my experience. I will never forget the pain I felt coming to get my baby and seeing her so distraught sitting in a highchair instead of being held and consoled. My one year old!!! One!!!! We love The SKI Club! My 8.5 month old has been going there since she was 5 months old and literally jumps out of her Dad's arms in the morning because she is so excited to see her teachers. Miss Tai is always so responsive and we get updates throughout the day on naps, eating, and activities. I love getting pictures and seeing my girl having fun or taking a nap. The location is very convenient as it's minutes from West Point. Knowing we would be on the waiting list for the on post day care forever, I'm so glad we were able to find somewhere close and actually more affordable for us. This daycare is AMAZING! My daughter’s day is filled with well thought out lessons and age appropriate activities that make for perfect send home gifts for us parents! Ms. Tai makes well balanced meals and snacks for everyone! The staff is great bunch of people that go above and beyond to take care of our littles when they are in their care. I even get assistance with potty training for my daughter. Ms. Tai is pretty flexible with the schedule to match each parent’s needs. All in all, a great place for the kiddos.
