I brought a lightweight suede jacket with roll-up buttoned sleeves in to be cleaned. When I picked it up, it was not wrapped, but had the dry cleaner tag on and I was charged $6.95. When I got home, I simply hung it up, it's summer. I later realized it had never even been cleaned! It still smelled of my deodorant and had never been unbuttoned at the roll up sleeves.
