TERRIBLE SERVICE- They seem professional but Barbara and her daughter are not. They put up a nice front and ripped me off. I had my moms jewelry that I came in with to make necklaces for me, my daughters and my niece, the quality was crap and the clasps were not made well, my niece lost her necklace and mine fell off and had to have another claw clasp replaced which cost me $95, another jeweler after the fact said they would of charged me $50??? In my opinion all the jewelry I gave her including a cameo- which she said wasn’t worth anything was not what I traded in for. Incredibly sloppy prongs, a cockeyed center stone with a chipped girdle, and increased porosity in the gold from solder overflow.
