Lics Ice Cream — Restaurant in Town of Huntington

After just leaving a show at the Engeman theatre my family and I thought a scoop of ice cream would be a lovely way to finish the night, however, we were met with terrible service and horrible attitude from your sassy teenage workers. We understood we came into the store late at 10:45, however, when she shop advertises being open until 11:00 your workers should still be polite and patient until the last minute of business. Whoever the girl was working closing on 3/14/25 deserves a reminder on customer service. When we walked in she visibly rolled her eyes at us, complained to a coworker about how she just cleaned and wrapped up most of the materials, and ignored our orders to chat with a friend who was waiting for her on the other side of the counter. After we ordered and asked if she put a spoon in the bag she said "I don't know, why don't you check it" with LOTS of attitude. It is such a shame that one girl is the reason my family and I will NEVER return...

the lady who worked tonight was rude! she banged the ice cream lid when i changed my mind and chose another flavor! i can’t help it, they all look so yummy! but i think i should be able to pick and choose the flavor i want. I was craving for ice cream so badly that night and she ruined it by being rude! if she doesn’t know how to be patient then she should quit her job. all she does is ruin the company’s reputation. she also gave me an ice cream cone from the glass display! i was dumbfounded! i didn’t get the “fresh hot one from the oven” like someone was commenting. the capuccino gelato i noticed had some cinnamon on it which i didn’t like. the Monster Mash was...

First I want to say that lics ice cream is AMAZING! hands down best I’ve ever had. Now the bad part and why I gave 2 stars.. first - they got the order wrong on all 3 orders. Luckily everything lics makes is delicious but they got the wrong flavors despite asking 3 times to repeat which flavors we wanted. Second - we ordered 3 mediums and I’m not exaggerating when I say each cup was less than half full. Sadly it seemed like they were too lazy to scoop full scoops.
