I am giving 2 stars because the flowers were beautiful but the service was disgraceful.
When my now husband and I began planning our wedding last year my friend highly recommended this shop, and I was thrilled with the experience and pricing I received after meeting with Tina in November 2023. However, every experience after was more disappointing than the last.
In the weeks leading up to my wedding all my vendors reached out to confirm details, receive final payment, etc. When our wedding date was under two weeks away and we still had not heard from their shop I began to reach out to them. After multiple attempts I was eventually able to get in contact Tina and informed that I would need to come to the shop to go over final details and submit final payment. While extremely inconvenient as I do not live on Long Island, my then fiancé and I made the trip out there. Imagine my surprise when my final bill was $500 more than the agreed upon contract signed in November. It was only when I was able to produce my inventory list and receipt that Tina fixed the issue. Another issue that arised during this same appointment was that I needed my bouquets for pictures at 7:30am and vendors were not allowed at the venue until 11:00am, so there needed to be 2 trips made. Tina asked me if there was anyone that can come pick up the flowers on the way to the hotel at 7:30am. That was very inappropriate. It is their job to deliver the flowers. They also charge a delivery fee just for that. When I said that there was no one available, Tina then said she would figure it out.
On my wedding day, as I was supposed to be getting ready and enjoying my time with my mom and bridal party who had traveled from multiple states, I again had to reach out to Tina. The flowers delivered to the hotel, while beautiful, were missing my bridal charm, that held a picture of my recently deceased grandparents. Tina stated that she would attach the charm at 11am when delivering my centerpieces and ceremony flowers. I understand that mistakes happen and agreed that this was an acceptable solution.
My husband and I agreed to take our pictures before the ceremony to optimize the time with our guests. However, as we were taking pictures, I begin getting calls from a concerned event coordinator because the ceremony is scheduled to begin in 10 minutes and the flower delivery has not yet arrived. In what should have been my final minutes getting ready and cherishing this experience, I was again forced to call Tina who told me that she was "down the block and less than two minutes away." Being that we had spent $300 on ceremony flowers, and I still did not have my bridal charm, we decided to wait. Tina did not arrive until over twenty minutes later, almost 15 minutes after my ceremony was scheduled to begin. Ultimately, with the added time for set-up, our ceremony began twenty minutes late. That's an extra twenty minutes of my guests sitting in direct sunlight on an extremely warm day, wondering what is going on and if something is wrong, all because your shop was over an hour late on the delivery.

To start off trying to park there is a nightmare. They have 5 stops on the street and when I went on Staurday to place an order the Carolines van was parked infront with the driver inside blocking 2 spots. I patiently waited for him to leave the spot only to have the driver wave me by. I turn around and parked across the street and the driver backs up into one of the 2 spots he was blocking infront of the storefront and put orange cones in the empty spot. Wouldnt you want your customers to park infront of your store?? I placed an order for a white arrangement with 2 roses in a cemetery cone because I wasnt sure if my vase at the cemetery was frozen in the ground. I specfically stated that it was an anniversary of a death I didnt want anything cheerful. When I arrived on Sunday to pickup my flower order ......They didnt make my arrangement as I had ordered .... to start it wasnt white, it was bright and cheerful colors, it had more than 2 roses and it wasnt in a cemetery cone. I was quite upset the answer I got was I can cut it down and it will fit in the cone. When I arrived 40 min later at the cemetery it didnt fit in the cone it was still to big. When I was in the store another customer who placed an order for a specific arrangement came in to pick it up but it wasnt ready. So the guy there asked the girl working the register to try and sell him on another arrangement that was the same price. The customer said no he wanted the flower arrangement he ordered.
