Little Shoppe of Crystals — Local services in Town of Islip

First impressions are everything. Yesterday was the first time I went into Little shop of Crystals. While the shop is beautiful and has a decent selection of basic crystals that are fairly priced, the crystals don't vibrate as high as I've felt in other shops. Also the owners were not engaging in the community spirit as I overheard them bashing other metaphysical stores located close in proximity TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. One of my other favorite metaphysical stores in particular, which by the way has been in business over a decade, was being bashed unfairly saying it wasn't clean and it smelt and their crystals were over priced. First off, that store hand selects crystals from cruelty free mines which considering the prices of your crystals, you don't do the same. I can personally attest to the cleanliness of said store as I am a frequent customer of theirs. And Yes, the other store does smell, it smells of incense and sage to keep the crystals from absorbing negative energy and to keep it peaceful so no negative speak happens as it did in your store. I've heard many say how wonderful it smells while doing my shopping there. Id much rather go into a store that smells like magic and has quality products that vibrate from the positive workings that go on there then one who slams on other businesses similar to theirs to raise their own clientele. One thing I can say about the store that was bashed, in all my years going there I've never once heard them talk bad about another shop, especially to customers. Its always love for the community. As someone who is very involved in the spiritual community of long island, I am appalled at such behavior. We are all one in this community and to bash another store just so you can get more business is inexcusable. Needless to say, as cheap as your selection is, I wont ever be coming back there because of your apparent lack of respect for those in business much longer then you. Id also rather not take home a crystal that has those types of energy of hate and belittlement attached to them. Quality isn't always about price, its the energy you invest into it. The love u give to all people, for righteousness, not money, that is real compassion. Love is the way. Please be more mindful and respectful, we are all here to help realign and guide the collective with compassion and love. By talking to those customers like that you basically stated its ok to hate on others. Is that the message you want your store to give? Please learn to be kinder. I’m sorry Jerry Towns you think you had a bad experience!! I have never ever had a bad experience shopping at the store. The man you talk of is extremely knowledgeable and the shoppe is lucky to have him. I have my beliefs but I don’t try to change peoples beliefs!! I went in for the first time today and was happy with the experience. I love how everything had a sign explaining exactly what it was and I really like that the prices were on every item. I didn’t feel pressured at all and felt comfortable spending time just taking everything in. I actually love that the associate was there if I needed her but gave me space to stop at my leisure.
