I previously purchased my first Bronco Sport from Sayville Ford in 2022, but unfortunately it was recently totaled in a flood. I knew I wanted to replace it with a 2024 so I decided to come back and buy another car from Rob T. Rob has always been so helpful, caring and is willing to answer any questions that you have about the car. Rob makes the car buying process a breeze. He communicated with my insurance company to get the truck’s insurance ready so I can leave that day with no worries. It is only because of him that my fiancé and I decided to come back to Sayville Ford to buy a new car! Damien was extremely helpful when showing me the new truck and any new features that I didn’t have. He also assisted me setting up the Ford App. When in the finance office this time, the finance employee did not even factor in my down payment, which was almost half the price of the truck and tried to get me to agree with absolutely insane monthly payments. Luckily my fiancé realized this, and the sales manager redid the financing with us. Was this just a one time mistake or is this something the dealership is doing to all of their customers? While Sayville Ford is considered a no fees dealer, it is misleading because of some mandatory fees that they secretly add on to the price of your car. In 2022 it was Crystal fusion which was some coating that you are required to pay a high premium for. In 2024 it is some gps anti theft monitoring app. Of course I didn’t want either, but I am forced to pay this mark up because all of the cars come with this and these options cannot be removed. In the past service has been a nightmare. On my prior Bronco Sport a rude service advisor promised a one day fix for a problem that they said “needed to get worse before it got better”, that took multiple appointments to be resolved and nearly two months of sitting at the dealership with no communication as to when I would get my truck back. One of those appointments my truck was picked up at my job and I gave the driver my spare key which was never returned. The next time I was in I requested someone to look for my spare and they insisted it was not there and I could pay over $200 for a replacement. I refused to pay this because I knew it was there. The next time I was in, the service manager agreed that under my warranty they would replace the key. The key didn’t need to be replaced because guess where it was? Sayville Ford, in the key box since it was never returned to me. To conclude, I have had many negative experiences at Sayville Ford since 2022. Many experiences that should have resulted in myself never coming back. I came back because Rob was a great sales person and I wanted to do business with him again. Every car sales person should be like Rob, and the only reason this review is getting 5 stars is...
Read more01/08/2025. Had to up my rating today. Originally gave them 5 stars as you can see from the posts below and then lowered them to a 2 star as I was having an issue with service. Today I had a service appointment to address the few issues from the delivery of the truck. It was an absolute pleasure of a visit. No loaner car yet as they are having some issues with that, but they gave me a ride home and picked me up when my truck was done. Service was done in a very timely manner and very professional. I will be upping my rating to a 5 star when they get the loaner cars back. Love the truck and they are starting to earn my trust back
12/10/2024. As of today I have to change my rating on Sayville ford. As you can see from my first post. Management was very helpful in telling me my brand new truck would be repaired from damage in the lot prior to me buying it. 60 days later and I still have not had any issues resoled. Biggest problem is, they sold me the truck with signs everywhere, including in my paper work that they will provide a loner car when you schedule an appointment for service. I was told first available appointment would be 1st week in January. Today they called to inform me they have to cancel my appointment and maybe they will have a loner car sometime in February. Trust and backing you sales pitches is extremely important for consumers. I will keep this post updated as thing transpire. Hopefully this gets resolved fast.
10/13/2024 Top notch, First time dealing with a sales team that did not make me feel like they were sealing me what I did not want. From the the time I walked into the door to driving out of the parking lot was a pleasure. If you are ever in the need of a new truck , make sure you stop in and see Tony Aiello. You will not be disappointed with his sales expertees and professionalism. After I finalized the sale, Damian came outside and spent at least 1 hour with me one on one going over every aspect of the truck. I would of spent days trying to learn this stuff. He was very patient with me as it can be a little overwhelming the amount of electronics onboard. Just before pulling off the lot I noticed the door trims had some small scratches and adhesive from shipping and the weather seal on the door was damaged. Without hesitation they set me up for service to have the parts replaced. Again just want to thank Tony and Damian and the mangers for a...
Read moreI walked in to Saville Ford on Wednesday 3/2/2022 to look at The New Ford Bronco was immediately warmly greeted by Sophia. She kindly took my information and directed me to my Salesman Vincent Visceglia. Somehow he knew exactly how to catch me. He took me to the beauty in the showroom with a very Unique Area 51 color. If that and the awesome piece of machinery I was looking at didn’t get my full attention then when he opened the door and immediately told me it was a six speed that completed the job!! From the time I sat down with Vincent until the first tracks off the lot I was treated in a way that made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional is how to describe Vincent. He took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. The Bronco is a vehicle that sells itself so it’s the other aspects of the sale that warrant attention to detail and Vincent was exceptional in those areas. Customer service and pricing were my main concerns. In an uncertain and challenging time with many things to consider when buying a vehicle I needed reassurances that I would be driving a safe, reliable as well as a vehicle that will retain its value. Vincent gave me an excellent overall car buying experience from start to finish. Along the way I met some key players to the deal that I would like to take some time to thank: Reception - Sophia - attentive with a warm greeting Insurance - Jim - knew his game to help me get the best possible price. Carlo - knowledgeable and amazing on the financing end. What he was able to do for me was magical. Nick - General Manager - gave me what I feel was a very fair negotiated price. And feel he wanted me to walk out the door a a very satisfied customer. Collin - helped guide me through the set up process and perfectly explained the vehicles operating systems. I would like to thank you all for an exceptional overall buying experience. In the end however It was Vincent that made it all happen. So I would like to express my most sincerest gratitude to him for putting huge smiles on our faces. If you are looking for a truck go visit Sayville Ford and ask for Vincent Visceglia. They have an exceptional lineup of vehicles and Vincent will...
