This store is awrsome!

I had a bad experiemce at verizon bohemia store.. they were supposed to call me on 12/23 after they picked up phone from another verizon store (sayville store) a since they were out of stock on phone i wanted and stated they Would have my phone ready on Monday? Went there and no phone was there. The guy i soke to not even there and told me he would be. Trainee was at store and was no help at all didnt even know who to call. So i went to sayville verizon store on sunrise highway since the bohemia store was supposed to pick up phone frim them since they were out of stock. So i decided to go directly to sayville verizon and deal with them directly rather than bohemia store.

This store (sayville) was so awesome. He went out of his way and stayed late for me to get me all set up. I will be doing my business here from now on. So nice and professional and delivered exceptional...

Roger, the owner of this store was outstanding. He went the extra mile, and then some, to resolve an issue we had after switching over to Verizon from our 20+ years of being a AT&T customer. We had an issue with Apple apps, but after trying to get support through Apple to no avail, I went back to Verizon and Roger spent almost 3 hrs today helping me resolve the problem. Clearly, Roger and his team, including Brendon, and Jamie, recognize the importance and value of taking care of their customers. Thank you so much Roger for all that you and your team did.
