This was my first time at ZP in Sayville.When I first walked in the door it wasnt a very warm welcome..i felt very uncomfortable The staff made me very uneasy. I felt the feeling of "unwelcomeness" The intake nurse Vicky that put my IV in kept referring me as girl..that's a good girl! Am I a dog?! And Calling a grown woman a girl is saying you are lower than me and a huge sign of disrespect and that rings a racist mentality! So insulting and disrespectful!! Not to say I was older than her by at least 10 years. I was supposedly the first person she had to stick more than one time..š«¤..She twisted my hand and blamed me for moving and I was the caused the first attempt didn't take. When I got to the MRI machine I was very apprehensive to say the least. Vicky came in the room and started literally pushing me down on the table..i refused and I told her to stop pushing me ..she made it seem like with her words that she was pushing me..no she was literally pushing me back towards the table...then when I finally got thr courage to lay down..I didn't have a cushion under my knees so my back was hurting..as The Tech and Matthew were adjusting my knees Vicky was shoving oxygen up my nose..then got a little huffy when I said wait..so I could get adjusted.Tjr anesthesiologist was very nice..for the most part he was very reassuring..and he put me at ease. Matt..Matthew and the Tech ..I don't know her name were awesome! Thank you!ā„ļø The 1 star is for Matt and The Technician and the anesthesiologistā„ļø If I would go back they would have to seriously train their Front end staff and Nurses like Vicky on how to treat all people and people of color with respect and dignity and respect. But I don't think that would ever happen. Nothing would be done.

I got IV (die) into my blood stream and while machine in process I feel something wrong and push to panic button than nobody nobody stop or respond to my request? I was into machine and I canāt get help from technician? I hit the panic button, itās crazy now I am thinking I can get die and nobody responding. Itās unacceptable and unprofessional. Thanks god, nothing happened but no response from panic button into MRI machine it could be turn deadly for someone else. Bad unprofessional people working in that location and I want to warn everyone who wants to visit this location. Be aware of danger. I wish someone write some review before I visit this location and I wish to read this review as well. Sonogram technician were rude as well. What is wrong with you people in this location? You are in health care business and you supposed to give people best service. People paying for your service and you getting paid generously for this service if you donāt want to give good customer service for people. Get out of this service sector, not everyone is able to give good customer service but you people are horrible and rude and mean. Sayville Zwanger Pesiri location is a example of bad bad apple. Bad customer service and unprofessional people working and they risk our health. Be aware everyone. Good luck if you trying to find good health care. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have to go to this location for MRI because I have a pacemaker. They called me at EXACT time of appointment. Been here before but and always efficient but today was exceptional. I forgot my script to start with and the polite lady at desk said no problem I will call Dr. When I got called in a nice gentleman, Timothy, explained EVERYTHING he was doing adjusting pacemaker for test. When I got in room and saw the narrow tube ( I'm a big guy 6'1" and 295 lbs) I was very nervous about being closterphobic and they calmly tried to tell me I'd fit easy and if I panicked they would stop immediately and put me in slowly like a test run. They convinced me to try [ i was going to get Axanx and come back) They gave me headphones and asked what music I liked. Told me whole test took 10 minutes and that my head would barely be in.
