One of the BEST T-Mobile stores I've been to. The store is under new management now and you definitely notice it. I used to visit this store and it was one of the worst stores I've been to. The employees there did not care about you at that time and just wanted to sell anything to make a quick dollar. But ever since new management came in, so did better employees.
I walked in there to ask about my bill the other day. I was assisted by the two employees working there, Victoria and Vianca. They were the nicest employees I've ever talked to. They talked to me about my account and then walked me through different ways on how to bring the bill down. Both of them actually made me feel like a human and not another customer they just want to make money off of. They were 100% genuine and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. They helped me with everything and on top of that, gave me something extra for being a loyal T-Mobile customer!
If you're in need of assistance with your phone, definitely go to this T-Mobile and ask for Victoria or Vianca. If you're lucky enough, you will get both! They will definitely assist you with whatever problem you have as best as possible. Even though this T-Mobile is far out of the way for me, this is going to be my new main T-Mobile. Both Victoria and Vianca make this one of the best T-Mobiles on the island and I have been to many....

We had heard about T mobile through friends and went into the store on Main Street in East Islip (which I remember was owned by someone else and has since been sold to new owners) Victoria and Vee took care of all of our questions , were helpful and eager to be sure we had all the information we needed. Read moreI would give negative stars if I could. Switched over from Verizon to T-Mobil and have had nothing but issues. I dealt with Peter who now I’m told doesn’t work there anymore. My bill is $150 more then they told me it would be. They threw in a bunch of stuff and told me it was free but I’m being charged monthly for a screen protector, head phones and tablets that I didn’t even want. Went back to the store and was promised by Jose who said he was the manager that they would fix everything and call me back but I’m still waiting a week later. Worst customer...
