I DO NOT recommend Upholstery Unlimited. Besides their devious & shady business practices, I'm very upset with their work. I brought my 2 beautiful (expensive) Stickley Harvey Ellis cherry wood side chairs in to have the seats recovered. I was told I need to pay cash, no receipt was given. When I picked up the chairs, the upholsterer offered to help put the chairs in my car. I know why he wanted to put them in my car. Upon further inspection I noticed that on one of the chairs, the wood around the seat was gouged out. I complained and wanted my money back, he then offered to have a refinisher repair the chair. But that too was a poor job. My beautiful chair is forever ruined. I could have given them several projects. I will NEVER use...

I own a motorcycle, and the factory seat was extremely hard and uncomfortable. After discussing this with a friend, he recommended Upholstery Unlimited, as he had a great experience with them. So, I decided to give them a call and took my seat in for a consultation. I spoke with Pinto, who told me to drop off the seat and assured me they would take care of it. I must say, Pinto is truly the expert for the job! I was amazed by how well he custom stuffed and reshaped my seat. And the price? I had a seam rip on the vinyl sun platform of my boat. I took it to them on a Tuesday in the hope that they could get it done by the weekend so I could get some more boating in before the summer ended. Well they did not get it done before the weekend. THEY GOT IT DONE BEFORE LUNCH TIME THE SAME DAY! Excellent customer service, excellent communication and excellent work. If I could give 10 stars I would. You can tell they know what they are doing over there and that they take great pride in their work. Do not go anywhere else in the Buffalo area.
