Pretty disappointed. Used to love scoops. My boyfriend stopped after work today and got me a cotton candy slushie and he got himself an orange slushie with vanilla ice cream. I was on the phone with him and could hear the guy taking his order was very rude. I understand everyone has bad days but he was speaking as if he was annoyed at my boyfriend for just trying to place the order! His amount of attitude was over the top and unnecessary. When he got home with my slushie it tasted like straight chemicals. Couldn’t even swallow it and just spit it out. Scoops holds a pretty big place in me and my bfs heart because it where we had put first date 3 years ago. But I’m just Really disappointed and definitely not coming back. A slushie shouldn’t taste like...
Read moreWe love this ice cream shop it's very kid friendly the ice cream sizes are bigger than most places they have pretty much anything you may want between icecream to shakes to slushies to sundaes the only suggestion I'd have is to possibly put a fence on the side with the parking lot I've seen alot of kids dart out towards cars in the parking lot and almost get hit but besides that there's a lot for kids to do between the hula hoops chalk the train itself the kids really enjoy definitely the only kid friendly icecrean shop around thats actually some what fenced in so the kids can play without worrying there going to get hurt. Id Definitely recommend it to...

And when we order it to go, we have to ask for lids…every time! I’m all for supporting local, and it’s close, but we always get what we want from Frosty’s...
