I'm VERY disappointed in the management at this Tim Hortons. I went through the drive thru. I paid for my order and the cashier handed me all my items except my doughnut. I said oh you forgot my doughnut. She apologized and said to Mr I'm so sorry, I should have told you before you paid that they didn't have that doughnut available. Well I wasn't a fan of what they had and asked for a muffin and attempted to hand her my card to pay the difference. The cashier said oh don't worry about it. (That's great customer service. If you make a mistake you make it right). She went to get the muffin and the manager stops her. Then he comes to the window. No apology, instead rudely says to me (not even nicely) "well the muffin is 35 cents more than the doughnut. The poor cashier looks so embarrassed. 1st . You don't deserve to be a manager. Seriously 35 cents. The cost to run card, frustrate a customer and the amount of embarrassment you caused the cashier... was not...

They made my coffee wrong 3 times. 1st time they made it with no sugar then they gave me granulated sugar which why would you put that sugar in a cold drink it wont dissolve. And it is suppose to be made with liquid sugar. Then when i told the girl I wanted it made right she threw the coffee. Then when it was brought to me a 3rd time I had to ask for my other food. When we got home and my husband tasted his coffee it didnt have the espresso in it that we paid for. When I called back the girl who threw my coffee answered the phone. Youd think walking in instead of drive thru would be quicker?NOT!
