If you'd like to get a haircut with a walk-in on the weekend, this isn't the place for you.
Walked in 2.5 hours prior to closing on a Saturday and sat down in the waiting section. The shop was completely empty except for one other customer actively getting a haircut. I wasn't even acknowledged for 10-15 minutes until another employee came out and spoke to me.
After informing the employee that I'd like a haircut/shave, he then spoke to the ONE other employee and asked if he had availability to preform a haircut. I'm not sure why the employee couldn't cut my hair himself, but he was clearly incapable of doing so.
The ONE other employee didn't have time to cut my hair either until they closed in 2 hours.
Then I was informed that the earliest they could cut my hair was on Tuesday...
Perhaps they should hire more employees that are capable of actually cutting hair so that they can accomodate the one walk-in they had...

To add context, I have been cutting my own hair for 5+ years and have given barbershops chances here and there…mostly to see if Im still giving myself quality cuts. Boy do I regret giving this place a shot.
This was my first time at Legends, so I can’t confirm if this was the regular crew or one of the main barbers there. Either way, the quality of my haircut was unacceptable - uneven and patchy, not faded, etc.
