Grandeville: A Glamorous Facade Masking Subpar Realities
Grandeville may appear as a luxurious retreat at first glance, but beneath its glossy exterior lies a plethora of disappointments. The so-called "property manager" embodies rudeness personified, displaying a blatant disregard for tenants' concerns and fostering an unwelcoming atmosphere.
Step inside, and the assault on the senses begins. Flowery and overpowering perfume scents saturate the air, desperately attempting to mask the underlying issues lurking within the walls. However, no amount of fragrance can conceal the truth: this place reeks of neglect and incompetence.
Thin walls serve as a feeble barrier against the outside world, allowing every passing car to intrude upon residents' peace and quiet. And if that weren't enough, the cacophony of a nearby speedway assaults eardrums every Friday night during the summer months, further disrupting any hope of tranquility. You'll get to know your neighbors very well as you will be able to hear them talking, walking and every other verb that can take place in an apartment. Pray your living room isn't next to a bedroom. Better yet, pray your bedroom isn't next to someone's living room because they can and probably will cheer you on.
Grandeville's utter failure to properly manage snow removal is not just an inconvenience; it's a hazard that puts residents' safety at risk and compromises emergency response efforts. While they may boast about plowing the roads, their negligence extends far beyond mere incompetence.
Emergency vehicles are essential lifelines in times of crisis, yet Grandeville's negligence renders them unable to navigate the property effectively. By neglecting to clear pathways, they effectively barricade emergency access, leaving residents vulnerable and unprotected.
Their half-hearted attempts at snow removal only exacerbate the dangers. Instead of clearing sidewalks, they opt to dump snow onto them, transforming pedestrian walkways into treacherous obstacle courses. Tall snow banks further obstruct visibility, turning every stroll into a perilous endeavor.
Grandeville's disregard for basic safety measures is not just irresponsible; it's downright reckless. Residents deserve better than to live in fear of emergency situations exacerbated by their landlord's incompetence. Until Grandeville takes meaningful action to rectify these hazardous conditions, it remains a danger zone masquerading as a residence.
Don't be fooled by the facade of elegance; Grandeville is nothing more than a facade, concealing a reality of substandard living conditions and incessant noise pollution. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this facade masquerading as a residence—it's nothing more than garbage wrapped in...
Read moreWe LOVE it here. My fiancé, daughter, and I moved in about one month ago and this is the best apartment and complex we have lived in! It provides excellent customer service and the staff bends over backwards to help you. Julia, helped us pick out our apartment even when we couldn't physically look at it. We were able to secure a beautiful and large apartment with an attached garage. From start to finish Julia and GrandeVille has super helpful, kept their promises and OVER delivered in every category. The apartment we are in is a two bedroom two bath and it has an extremely large living room/ dining room area and when it comes to electrical sockets and lighting everything is common sense and user friendly. If you have an issue GrandeVille jumps at the opportunity to amend and mistakes and strives to keep people happy and a community of great neighbors! If you are looking for an apartment I HIGHLY recommend that you not only consider, but rank GrandeVille as a top contender. WHAT AN AMZING EXPERIENCE!

Read moreWe rented in July and loved the complex the moment we saw it. Compared to everything else we looked at in Saratoga Springs, they could not hold a candle to the GrandeVille! The amenities are wonderful, the clubhouse, the gym, the indoor heated pool, the outdoor grilling area and patios, the fire-pit, pool table, computer lab, so much for the money and more! We feel like we live in a luxury community, not an apartment complex. The activities they host for the residents are so welcoming and friendly. Speaking of welcoming and friendly, the staff, lead by the kind and compassionate Julie Tedesco, are incomparable. Ryan, Lydia, Julia, and the maintenance crew, easily make you feel comfortable and cared for in very professional and efficient ways. They are so on it! They give meaning to the word teamwork as they blend together to make sure ever resident is important, including my 94 year old Mom. I highly recommend the GrandVille At Malta for short or long term leasing. You won't be sorry....
