Advise never to use this organization. This review will be long an boring but for every 10 words of this outline of our experience cost us about $100. If you wish to save time and money stop here and save your self about $700.
First visit cost us about $150 but that was to diagnose the problem which was it was leaking an need a new sealing gasket.
Gasket was not in stock but that was going to cost us about another 150.00.
Gasket came in and was installed.
Problem still existed and the unit still leaked. Now we had to spend about another 200.00 to get an new spin blade. This was explained as strange but they thought it would fix the problem.
New spin blade came in and was installed. wrote another check.
Technician left and still leaked.
Two technicians then came out reviewed the issue and left with the understanding the problem was resolved,
Technicians left and my spouse went to run the dishwasher, smelled smoke and the dishwasher did not did not drain.
This was then reported back to Mr. Appliance and they said this was a new problem and this would be inspected but only at another diagnosis charge of over hundred dollars.
We thought management should reconsider after all the missed diagnosis' we had, and we were told they would call us. Over a week went by and cacophony of crickets.
Called a again a new service call was arranged.
Technician came out and found debris in the unit ( why this was not found weeks ago is beyond me) and charged us another 148.00, but he was cutting me a break.
I explained that I was going to write this review and he found to take this personally.
Please don't, your entire company is...
Read moreCalled for service for broken washing machine. Got me scheduled within 2 days. I had Ben and some other guy as a tech. They were super nice but here is where I have an issue. I told them the spin cycle on my washer was not working and they ran the washer and determined there was an issue with the inside part of it. They then told me the part needed to fix it is no longer sold because it's an older model. They then told me that I would need to replace the washer and the issue was unfixable. They charged me a $127 diagnostic fee to tell me my washer was broken (which I already knew, obviously, otherwise why would I call a washing machine repairman?) And that there was nothing they could do about it. They were here for maybe 20 minutes tops. They didn't disassemble the washer or do any actual work on it. And I honestly think it's deplorable that a company would charge someone $127 just to tell them that they can't fix their washing machine. Especially considering my husband and I had to pay $900 to replace it with a new washer, 3 days before Christmas. I understand it's not the technicians fault, as they were very personable and were just following company policy. But I seriously suggest you reevaluate your policy regarding a diagnostic fee when there is no feasible repair to be done and next to no work was required to determine this., so it's not like there is a real cost of labor to even factor In. I would never recommend this company due to the ridiculously high diagnostic fee for literally nothing. I was told you accept cash or cards, but how about offering a little understanding, reasonability and flat out...
Read moreEverything from start to finish was A+. From setting up the appointment, to getting a technician to come look at the problem I was having with my Whirlpool Ice Maker and to getting it repaired. Everyone I delt with was very professional and knowledgeable. After the appointment was set up, I had a technician there the very next day to diagnose the problem. The part was ordered as well. After the technician left, I assumed that it would be a few days before I heard back about the part and when they would be here to install the part. To my surprise, I got a call later that afternoon saying that the part was in and had a follow up appointment to replace the part the very next day. I had two different technicians come to the house, Jason & Ben. Both were on time and very professional. Everything from getting to my home, diagnose the problem and install the new part went perfect. I even like getting text messages from Mr. Appliance with the technician photo that would be coming to my home and also confirming my appointment. My main reason on why I went with Mr. Appliance of Clifton Park is because of the great reviews they received. After checking out all the other local appliances repair companies, Mr. Appliances stood out with great reviews. So I took a chance and everything turned out great! I will definitely be letting my family and friends know that if every they are in need of appliance repair service, give Mr. Appliance of Clifton Park a call.
Thank you once again everyone! Great...
