After 4 years of renting out of this facility I have finally been able to close that chapter. It’s been a bumpy road with price increases and the frustration of not having enough space to have to rent storage in the first place. Although, increasing prices happen all over and this is the world we live in, I will say I’m grateful to deal with such a knowledgable and friendly person as Bonnie. Bonnie was the manager the day I first signed up for storage , up until today which is the day I say goodbye! Bonnie has always helped me through whatever questions or concerns that I may have had in regards to all my storage needs, and always good for small talk as well. Highly recommend! I stopped in before my actual moving date and was on the fence about which size unit would work best - Bonnie made the whole process incredibly easy, and showed me 2 available units that were across from one another so that I had options the day of the move. On moving day, it turned out I needed the larger unit, so I was VERY grateful to have the backup plan/option in place! And then it was a super easy paperwork transfer that Roldan helped with, which took less than 5 minutes. Super clean, safe building, in a great location. The Safeguard Self Storage in Larchmont is brand spanking new. You can smell the fresh paint, and the floors are practically clean enough to eat off of. There is actually a rest room for customers, which is a real amenity. Bonnie and Laritza in the office were gracious and generous. They made it painless to view the facility, choose a unit to rent and move in. Prices are competitive. Two small nits. The website says truck and driver are provided for move in, but...no, not.
