Manlius Fish Fry & Mediterranean — Restaurant in Town of Manlius

I picked up 3 fish for dinners last night and they were the best fish dinners my family and I have ever had. You can pick your own sides too, so you aren't limited to just coleslaw and fries. They also have baked beans, potato salad and homemade mac & cheese too. Between our 3 meals we tried them all and everyone was pleased with what they had. The portions are fresh and generous. Everything was prepared perfectly! You can order ahead, but I ordered ours in person. Ordering was well organized and quick. I ordered and paid then went next door to Tops to pick up a few groceries. When i was finished I went back to pick up my order and it was ready and waiting. There was a person waiting to hand out orders so pick up was accurate, quick and friendly. I went to Manlius fish fry today not knowing what to expect with their scallops so I said I’ll give it a try and let me tell you the best scallops I’ve ever had in such a long long time. They were awesome fresh tasty if you’re in to scallops , this is a place to go and their other menu items are delicious so if you’re in the area, stop on over and try them great menu great people you’re gonna like it thank you Manlius fish fry. I also would like to comment on the broiled seafood dinners. They are so wonderful. You can make your own Campbell and they have some combos that you can pick from but I love the combo that I had which was mussels. and shrimp it comes with corn and potatoes. Being from Maine, we know good fish. The Fish sandwich was fair to good. Bread was nice and fresh. Breading on the fish was a nice texture and flavorful. The cook was good- not over cooked, which is rare in these parts. The flavor was good. fries were nice. But somehow by the end, the meal came off as underwhelming. A lot of it had to do with the ambiance, which is very poor. Floors are stained and dirty, bathrooms were really bad. Lots of junk piled in the hallway. Table top was clean.
