I usually am an independent shopper who doesn’t interact much with salespeople, but I’m glad I worked with one in this store because they really know their stuff when it comes to helping you find the right shoe. William was wonderful in pinpointing what I needed (even the right sock) based on the general foot discomfort I told him about. I’d long been cheap on buying shoes, getting Wally World shoes with no arch support, and my body has paid the price. I’ll never compromise on shoes again. We’re only as good as our feet. I wouldn’t settle for bad glasses that didn’t help me see, I’ll never again settle for bad footwear that doesn’t help me move forward. I've always bought cheap sneakers, and lived with back pain every time I walk a distance. I decided to try upgrading to quality footwear and start getting into shape.

Totally worth the investment.

The staff was so attentive, courteous and happy to help. They studied my stance and a few simple movements to determine the proper design. The gentleman found me a really cool pair, that feel great, were on the more modest price range. I wasn't pushed into anything, simply catered to.

I've always shopped at this store than when it was on commercial Drive. I've been happy with the service except this time. I ordered White hokas in February and was told they'd be available at the beginning of June. However, the clerk that I dealt with in February said he never ordered them even though both me and my son were there when she said order them. He made it sound as if we made the mistake and did not apologize. The Hokas I want are not available at this time. I therefore went home online and though they aren't available today, they expect them to be available in early July so I put in the reminder to order them. Unfortunately is less than apologetic.
