I went to Steve on a Saturday morning to drop off my engagement ring. I only thought I needed one prong repaired. After Steve examined it after only a few moments he discovered that 2 prongs were damaged. Thank God I went in when I did. I could have lost my diamond !!!! I conveyed to him that I was not in any kind of rush and when he got to it that would be fine. He called that afternoon and told me that the repairs were complete and I could pick it up that day. Not only does he have incredibly efficient service but the bill was very reasonable.
