I wish I could give no stars. I scheduled a reservation and visited this store looking to order an iPhone 16 (specific color and additional storage). Upon speaking with the representative, I told her exactly what I was looking for and that I wanted to trade my old phone in. She went to the back to find the phone in storage. When she got back she mentioned the phone I wanted was out of stock there but brought out 3 different phones (Pro and Max versions of the 16). I told her I only wanted the specific phone I had mentioned and told her again exactly what I was looking for. Since they didn't have the phone I agreed to place the order for it there and she placed an order for the phone and told me I'd receive a receipt in a few hours and the phone in a few days. I totally regret not asking for a paper receipt. Fast forward to later that day, I receive an order confirmation for $1,300 for the completely wrong phone - she ordered a iPhone 16 Pro Max. Upon calling Spectrum, I was told that the order couldn't be canceled and essentially I have to wait until the phone is received back and an additional 2 WEEKS pass so that their systems can adjust and allow me to place the order again because of my trade in. I'm totally baffled and disappointed. I've never wanted to change services so bad. All Spectrum gave me was a $20 inconvenience credit and now the phone is $30 more expensive than when I originally tried ordering it.. This happened on 12/31/24 - I'm still not able to...

I have been a customer of Time Warner and now Spectrum for maybe 20 years, I forget. My internet has always been shoddy - it goes down often. I have to reboot and wait and wait but I put up with it because my alternative to the internet was limited.
Well, today was the straw that broke the camel's back. The internet went down and back so many times that I couldn't count how many times. I rebooted and that solved nothing, Be advised that it was a modem issue and not my wireless router which was working fine (according to my cell phone and laptop checking the status of my connections).
So I started an online chat with one of your agents and all she could do for me was to blame my WiFi (WHICH WAS WORKING) and offer to sell me Spectrum WiFi service. I said no, please send a technician. She said I would be charged for a Technician's visit. I said NO - it's a spectrum hardware issue and there should be no charge.
I was disappointed with her responses so I asked to speak with a supervisor but she never transferred me to one. Why - maybe because she knew her answers were wrong.
I went to T Mobile just now and I subscribed to their internet modem service. It is faster than what I had from Spectrum and it costs $40 for unlimited service. I am thoroughly disappointed with Spectrum Internet and I am about to cancel my Spectrum cable; I will go...
Read moreWas promised everything under the sun. Gift card for each new cell phone. Got yelled at from the store and was evasive when asked about contacting the district manager. Got the district managers info from another store. Was reassured from district manager, then regional manager (after settling for less than promised), still waiting. We paid off old phones to get "the deal". Over 6 months and nothing but excuses. COST WAS MORE TO GET THE BETTER DEAL. NOT TRUE FOR US. OH! also had to go to another store 20 minutes away for service to avoid this store...which was a temporary glitch in the cellphone (don't think the glitch was spectrum). Was also sold pods to boost wifi signal in the house which didn't seem to help. The original sales person said exactly what he promised to the sales person and was told he was wrong...yet still absolutely no resolution and stuck again in a contract. Finally....wanted cell phones able to transfer to other companies after our contract is over...I'm sure that was a lie also to get us to purchase a more expensive cell phone. As you can see with the response below....the issue really is they don't live up to their own promises.....NOT MINE. I don't make the promises and services....
