This place has gone downhill. The pizza used to be pretty good. Now it's not. I asked for my pie well done and they burnt the bottom and the top (that should've been well done), was soggy. I specifically told them to leave it in another minute when they think it's done. They took it out early. Most pizza shops I've told this to would've came out just the way I like it. They have the heat/cooking options on their oven all screwed up. I've ordered hundreds and hundreds of pies well done and never had them burn the bottom while the top was uncooked. The flavor was quite lousy compared to what it was. The point of them not doing what I asked was wrong. On top of that, the employee was even trying to argue with me about how I had the pie cooked. If I'm paying for something, I should get it exactly how I like it. I don't need to hear some employee mouthing off to me about how to cook a pizza the way I want it. Avoid this place like the covid vaccine.

Deceptive and inflated pricing will make my take out order of eggplant parmigiana dinner the last time I frequent Pizza 300. Last month I purchased an eggplant parmigiana dinner for$13.99. Last night, I purchased three dinners and the price on the posted menu was still $13.99. When I went to pick up the dinners, they charged me almost $19 per dinner. When confronted about the price, they responded that the menu that was posted was 5 years old and that I should have known that the price had gone up. This is a ridiculous response and they should have honored the posted price. Plus a $5 increase from last month is outrageous as well. This will be the last time I frequent this establishment.

Secret little gem, hidden away in plain site. Their food is fresh made with the best ingredients available. We stopped one day out of curiosity, but what a find! Old is school tradition. Plain and simple if you grew up walking down the block and you stopped for a slice of pizza this is then place for you. It will bring you down Memory lane.

This place has the absolute BEST #1 pizza dough I have EVER HAD! EVER! Bar none!! I even purchased some of the dough to take home! It cooks wonderfully even in a standard oven!! I wish that there existed star ratings per category. Such as, food, atmosphere, cleanliness and customer service. Since there isn't one:

Food- 5 stars (Only items I would improve on are the Caesar dressing..little too much vinegar for my liking and the marinara for the pizza could use some baking soda or sugar to decrease acidity. Again, my liking but I'm quite sure most ppl would enjoy it as is).

Atmosphere- 5 (Very Welcoming warm smiles and dialogue from ALL employees. Even from the gentleman that only speaks Italian).

Cleanliness- 5 (Every time I go there, there's always this guy cleaning and maintaining napkins and so forth. Too, there's nothing better to me than to smell the wonderful aroma of well cooked food and a mild fragrance of actual disinfectants such as bleach instead of those false botanical cleaners that are flowery but doesn't disinfect a thing. This restaurant is always very clean and neat).

Customer Service- 5 ⭐s! What more could I add...these guys, (I say guys because I haven't seen any females working there yet). But, these guys are so sweet and kind. I just can't imagine going anywhere else for authentic Italian food now that this place is...

Not sure if the food is good or not. Pulled up to the front and saw the chairs on the tables so my wife went in to ask if they were still open. Waitress said they were open until 9, so we unloaded the kids and sat at a table. The Waitress was behind the counter looking off into space. Waited about 3-4 mins, Waitress never came over to bring menus. I get up to grab a menu. About 5 mins go by still no Waitress and there was one guy in there already eating his food. I look over at the Waitress and she's just standing there still looking into space. She was probably high as a kite, at that point we're about 10 minutes sitting with absolutely zero interaction from the Waitress. Wife and I decide it's time to go. As we're walking out the Waitress asks if we want to order. Horrible service. I could understand if it was super busy but come on even at well run establishments that are super busy, they still greet you, sit you, bring menus to you and ask you what you'd like to drink. We ended up going to Ikaros Diner right down the street. Night and day difference for service. It's safe to say that's the first and last time I come to this establishment. I will be heading back to...

Although my first experience here was pleasant, sadly the second time around was not the same. The first time here, I had ordered a personal pizza(pizzette) which tasted very good. My second time ordering, I had ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich on a garlic bread hero...creative, I know, but don't dare to order. The chicken cutlet was way over cooked. It was difficult to bite into as it was extremely rubbery. It was also discolored and dry. It looked almost as if it was sitting out for quite some time. Also, the garlic bread in which my hero came on was dry and burnt around the edges. It is usually not in my nature to complain, but I felt it was necessary as my entire lunch was inedible. When bringing my lunch back as owner requested to, I was spoken to as if I did not know what I was talking about. I have worked in the culinary field for over 5 years......I think I can safely say I know how a chicken cutlet should look and taste. I also know that speaking to a customer with a smart, disrespectful tone will not get you very far in the food industry. I do not recommend...
