So disappointed I went in with the recognition that I was going in shortly before they closed, but did not expect to be treated so badly as soon as I came in the two ladies that were left in the store we’re making faces towards each other and looking at me and rolling their eyes when I went to the cashier, the young lady was reluctant to come to Take my order. I eventually ask is it OK if I place an order she replied well we’re closing in five minutes. I just need you to know that that’s when I stuttered to place my order cause I was unsure of what to do with that information as I am fully aware that they were closing. Read moreI’m not really wild about writing reviews. But when the service is either so amazing or so horrible, I feel like you gotta shout it out. The team here in Newburgh is amazing! My girl and I come here almost every other day. we pretty much get the same exact order every time after the gym. The staff there is always kind and pleasant, The protein shakes are 100% the best around. Second to none! I’m passionate about my protein shakes and these guys absolutely crush every single time we visit. The ingredients are amazing. The service is terrific and it’s just a pleasant vibe whether you go through the drive-through or walk in. Every single time it’s delicious and maybe once out of the 50 times I’ve been there already, The shake was a little off and we weren’t totally pleased. Read moreI recently decided to embark on my Smoothie King journey—especially intrigued by the new GLP-1 menu. I’ve been coming in consistently and ordering the same strawberry GLP-1 smoothie, occasionally asking for a simple fruit add-in.
To my surprise, I was met with resistance and attitude from the staff over a basic request. Instead of a helpful explanation, I ended up in a completely unnecessary debate. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated this way as a loyal, paying customer.
No matter how polite I am, I’m consistently met with poor attitudes from the staff. This isn’t just a one-time issue—it’s become the norm at this location. I plan on bringing this to the attention of management and will be speaking with the store manager and District Manager Drew about the unacceptable customer service.
