When me and my sister and my mom walked in, the place was smell like fish. I was looking for two dresses for an Indian wedding that I was going to. The office were very stunning and I was so happy that I got them. The service was great. Everybody was kind. However, when I got home, I discovered this Awful smell and me and my family were having a hard time trying to get rid of the smell. I tried everything - Febreze, perfume, sunlight, the dry cleaners, Everything that we could think of. I called the store and I asked One of the owners on how to get rid of the smell of on one of the dresses. The answer I got was “I don’t know. “ We finally came up with an idea to put body powder and baking soda, and thankfully, the smell was gone. In conclusion, I learned a very big lesson if I ever buy something from a store and it smells abnormal always take it back right away! Do not wait! ONE STOP SHOPPING/GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE/ GOOD PRICES/ WIDE SELECTION! I needed an outfit to wear at an upcoming wedding. My time was limited.I had to come to New York in order to shop at an Indian clothing boutique. The next problem is there are SO MANY to choose from. A family friend recommended DEEPS EXCLUSIVE. They did not disappoint. The brightly lit, clean, and organized store was exactly what I needed. They had a wide selection of outfits for men and women. I specifically was looking for lenghas. Within an hour, I found a BEAUTIFUL lengha at a great price. It was a little too big. They do FREE alterations. I asked for particular date for pickup. As promised they had it ready. The Auntie who did the alterations was so sweet! They also had accessories to match. I bought bracelets. If you need necklaces or earrings, they have that too. One stop shopping. I have been shopping here for past 8 years. The only place I go to for all Indian clothes and jewelry. The main reason is how polite, courteous and honest the shop owners are and their prices are not hiked up like so many other stores. Well priced, good selection and wonderful customer service!
