Oh my, where do I start?! Ed, the owner is excellent to work with and goes above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction. I bought my daughter's car in for a few upgrades- tints, HID headlights, remote autostart, and then a week later had my own dashcam/rear camera brought in for hardwiring. Tints came out perfect. He patiently addressed my hundreds of questions and concerns over which % to get. I settled at 35% front and 20% back. I'm very happy with this option. The remote start had a few glitches, but Ed remedied them right away. It was taking more than 2 hrs that was estimated, but it wasn't their fault. It was an issue with the car (2015 Nissan Altima) and the autostart device itself being defective. Ed graciously loaned me his truck to use so I wouldn't have to wait all day. The autostart works great now, but then both taillights went out so I thought it was related to the install. Communication is seamless and convenient via texting. Ed looked into it and silly enough it was just the light bulbs, which he went out himself to the store to buy and replace. This wasn't related to their install, but he took care of it for me. I initially had LED headlights installed but felt that the lights was still too dim for my liking. Ed suggested the HID lights and swapped them out. I only paid the difference for the lights upgrade. A week later I bought the car in to hardwire a dashcam/rear camera. Again they did a superb job. Then...later that day the two front doors wouldn't lock or unlock from inside the car or using the key fobs. I texted Ed and he said to bring the car in. Turns out it was just the fuse, again not related to the install but he took care of it. I very highly recommend them for anything car related. You won't be disappointed. Price is decent for their workmanship and customer service. For context, I'm a nerve-wrecked mom that knows nothing about cars. Tint world and ED made me feel at ease and well taken cared of knowing that my daughter's car was always in great hands. Thank you!

Just wanted to take a moment to thank Tint World in New Hyde Park. I know there are a lot of options for tinting, and it’s hard to blindly trust a Google review, but I took that chance and I’m glad I did. This location exceeded my expectations. In fact, I was so satisfied with the results, I actually came back the next day to have a second vehicle tinted.

I really appreciated their commitment to making the customer happy. They patiently answered all my questions prior to installation, kept me updated during the process, and ensured the final product met their standard of perfection. Between how flexible they were in scheduling my appointments and their extremely reasonable pricing, I didn’t even bother shopping around for a second estimate.

If you love your car, and you want someone knowledgeable, that will carefully take their time to get the job done right, you need to request her by name. So i brought a radio/amp front and rear speakers for my 2015 Sienna LE online, to replace factory system. I was able to replace the front speaker but everything else I was gonna need help. After doing research on where to go, I settled on Tint World. I'm so happy I did and very satisfied with there work. I drop off the car in morning and picked up later in the day. I meet Adam in the morning and told him Im in my mid 40's and I miss my extra loud and heavy bass I've had in my 20's and was looking to get better sounds NOTHING crazy I was hoping with what i purchased it would improve especially on my bass. He said it would but not much. I asked about power subs vs amp and sub woofer box. We talked, he gave me his opinion and I agreed. He said let install what I have use it play around with the EQ and all the radio features and see how i feel after a while. He could have pushed to make the sale for an amp with subs but he didn't, I respect that. I definitely believe Adam and Tint World are worth going to if you are looking for sound system upgrades.
