Had to come on here and post about a lovely experience I just had with Lela, the owner. I called her this morning (Sunday- two days before Christmas Eve to ask her if they could remove some links from my daughter’s watch that she just received for her birthday. A few things are worth noting- I have never gone to this store before and have no experience with this store whatsoever. I did not buy the watch here and it’s Sunday- two days before Christmas Eve. She told me to come in so she could have a look. We had the most pleasant exchange and she told me she would try to do it and she could come in the followingmorning when they open at 10 AND if I needed it earlier, she would come in earlier that morning. She called me a few hours later to say that it was ready and refused to charge me a penny! I feel like customer service like this is hardly a dime a dozen and so hard to come by. She went out of her way for my daughter and me without ever having met us and with no intention to make a dime.
