Terrible customer service. Maggie was a joke. She scheduled a Brazilian wax for me I gave her all my contact information prior to my visit. I am 8 months pregnant driving from queens to Long Island which was a 35 mins drive. When I get there for my wax session she has me fill out 15 mins of information on her laptop about my wax experience then tells me I cannot accept your Groupon as you were here 4 years ago for a facial. Total BS, I was so upset that she couldn't of told me this information over the phone. I asked if she could accept it as a one time courtesy and she get loud with me and said "no you cannot do that Pay again for wax in person". Always a pleasant experience whenever I come to get me Brazilian wax done. Maggie is so sweet & very good at waxing. She takes her time & she always greet me by my name when I arrive. She always accommodates me at last minute as well. I pay $40 & give a generous tip when I’m done. Parking isn’t bad. You can park on the side streets for up to a half hour I believe.
